Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years paralegal experience.
• 3–5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law.
• Strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, and construction law preferred.
• Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and legal documents
