Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; other degrees considered with relevant experience.
• 2–4 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate development, FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Support merger and acquisition evaluation, due diligence, and integration efforts.
• Produce and own financial merger models to project long-term growth.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives.
• Assist in preparing materials for Board and Committee meetings and investor relations.
• Prepare quarterly earnings materials, including investor presentations and calls.
• Maintain monthly financial reporting package and forecast models.
• Explain variances between actual, forecast, and budget in monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with BU heads on annual operating and capital budgets.
