System One seeks an experienced ServiceNow Knowledge Management Consultant to establish and mature a new Knowledge Management environment. You will own the KM workspace, govern content, and drive adoption across internal users and external partners.

Hybrid work model on a 9-month contract. Hands-on ServiceNow KM, governance, content strategy, and workflows are essential to succeed in shaping this growing function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow Knowledge Management and Knowledge Base functionality.
• Experience establishing governance, templates, workflows and review processes.
• Strong content management and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the ServiceNow Knowledge Management environment.
• Create, organize and maintain knowledge content for internal users and partners.
• Migrate content into ServiceNow and develop new knowledge content.
• Establish knowledge management standards, templates and governance.
• Define ownership, review cycles and ongoing maintenance practices.
• Support configurations and customizations within Knowledge Management.
• Improve self-service experiences and reduce support tickets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment.
• Communicate progress to leadership and key stakeholders.
