Job summary

Leonard Bus Sales is seeking a Contract Fleet Administrator to join our Deposit, NY facility with potential for a hybrid work schedule. This full-time role supports Contract Fleet operations by opening work orders, coordinating warranty/parts, and maintaining inventory while delivering strong customer service.

The position requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in a service department admin role within the truck/bus or automotive industry, plus proficiency with web-based programs and MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years service department administration experience in the medium/heavy duty truck/bus or automotive industry.
• Computer proficiency in web-based programs and Microsoft Office Suite; DMS experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes work orders to maximize technician efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates with Contract, Warranty and Parts teams for RO’s, warranty validation and parts coordination.
• Communicates with customers with prompt follow up and follow through.
• Monitors inventory for Contract locations and performs routine inventory audits.
• Processes part returns and prepares cores/parts for shipment as required.
• Performs general administrative tasks supporting Contract Fleet operations.
