Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of experience in contract, claims, and commercial management of large CAPEX investment projects.
• Understanding of project phases, interfaces between stages, and risk allocation between owner and contractor.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement contract and claim management in investment projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop contractual strategies and QA of tender and contract documents to prevent claims.
• Provide input to budgeting, timeline, and work breakdown structure.
• Coordinate tender documents for compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with legal on template contracts and related documents.
• Manage contracting and award negotiations with procurement and stakeholders.
• Provide commercial support from tender to project execution and risk mitigation.
• Lead negotiations of contractor and owner claims and prepare project documentation.
• Oversee contract and claim management across the procurement organization.
• Develop and conduct internal training programs for project teams.
