Job summary

The W Tax Group is seeking a Case Manager for a contract, hybrid role based in Southfield, MI. You will manage a portfolio of client tax resolution cases, serving as the primary contact between clients, attorneys, and tax authorities.

You will gather and verify financial information, organize documentation, prepare case files, and ensure all forms are completed accurately and on time. You will coordinate with attorneys on strategy, track progress, keep clients updated, and maintain detailed case

Qualifications

• Strong case management and organizational skills to handle multiple client files and deadlines.
• Excellent client service and communication abilities to explain complex tax information clearly.
• Attention to detail and analytical ability to review financial documents for accurate case preparation.
• Experience with digital tools, case management software, document management platforms.
• Experience in tax, legal, financial services, or related fields; familiarity with IRS/state tax processes is a plus.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical, client-focused approach in an attorney-led practice.
