You will manage editorial calendars, video shoots, photography, and employee spotlight stories across digital channels, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and external partners.

The role supports a Fortune 50 employer with a hybrid work model (3 days on-site / 2 days remote) and locations including Charlotte and other U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in content production or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating multi-format content across channels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end content production, including editorials, video shoots, photography, and employee stories.
• Maintain global/editorial calendars and production schedules; manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure brand-aligned, current candidate-facing materials and assets across channels.
