Job summary

OverDrive in the Greater Cleveland area seeks an Account Coordinator to support publisher and content supplier relationships and keep the operations side running smoothly. You’ll manage inquiries, maintain Salesforce records, and assist onboarding and content requests.

The role involves coordinating content transfers, programs, and team projects, plus preparing reports and executive summaries. This hybrid position offers on-site 2 days and remote 3 days per week, with opportunities to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in customer service, communications, project coordination, digital media, or administrative support.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other business systems is a plus; strong organizational skills and curiosity are essential.

Responsibilities

Managing and responding to publisher and supplier inquiries, routing opportunities, and supporting onboarding and content requests.
Working in Salesforce to create and maintain account records, set up suppliers, update opportunities, and keep information accurate.
Researching potential publishers and suppliers and helping determine which opportunities may be a good fit for OverDrive.
Supporting content transfers, special programs, internal requests, and team projects.
Preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, notes, and executive summaries.
Helping coordinate a few of our industry trade shows we attend each year, including schedules, publisher meetings, reports, and event logistics.
