Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience with field and/or project management responsibilities.
• Degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and per plan.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and building codes.
• Conduct daily jobsite walks and maintain logs and progress reports.
• Assist in schedule and budget preparation; act as Project Manager for smaller projects up to $25,000 with minimal supervision.
