The successful candidate will independently manage cases, collaborate with Partners, handle court appearances and depositions, and provide clear client updates throughout the

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with Construction Insurance Defense, Premises Liability, and General Liability.
• Understanding of NY Construction Law (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241) is a plus.
• OSHA hearing experience a plus; corporate counsel or DA background a plus.
• Superior written and verbal communication; ability to manage caseloads independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases in insurance defense, general liability, auto/transportation liability, and NYS Labor Law construction matters.
• Partner with attorneys and Partners on high-impact projects, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions, demonstrating litigation skills.
• Engage closely with clients, delivering clear, timely updates and guidance.
