This full-time role involves leading accounting operations, managing audits, and ensuring GAAP compliance. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience, a degree in Accounting or Finance, and preferably CPA certification. A hybrid work model offers remote flexibility alongside an on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience, preferably in construction.
• CPA certification preferred (or in progress).
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting standards.
• Serve as audit lead and primary contact for external auditors.
