Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounting experience required, within the construction industry preferred.
• Knowledge of construction accounting preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate reports required.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile invoices against purchase orders.
• Work with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Partner with project management to process monthly billings.
• Support the month-end close process and annual audits.
