Qualifications

• Healthcare compliance experience and investigative reporting skills are essential.
• Experience with regulatory interpretation and policy implementation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage investigations from intake through closure with documentation and findings.
• Conduct interviews with staff, managers, clients, and families as appropriate.
• Review records and evidence to establish facts and prepare findings.
• Prepare clear investigation reports and closure summaries.
• Coordinate follow-up actions and corrective actions as directed.
• Support programmatic audits and compliance activities in a hybrid work environment.
