Job summary

You will design, implement and evaluate client compliance programs, perform risk assessments and contribute AI-driven workflows to enhance PE monitoring and advisory work.

This hybrid on-site role requires 3–5 years of compliance or regulatory consulting, with Python, R or SQL and a competitive salary with discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in compliance, regulatory consulting, or related advisory role in healthcare, banking/investment management, or biotech/pharma.
• Experience in data science, data analytics, or quantitative risk analysis.
• Foundational knowledge of compliance program structure, incl. DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs framework or equivalent.
• Familiarity with at least two: sanctions screening, anti-bribery/FCPA, data governance, or regulatory risk modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate client compliance programs.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and portfolio monitoring reviews.
• Develop and execute data analytics workflows for compliance monitoring and risk assessments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge regulatory context and quantitative execution.
