Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related community health/corporate affairs professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
• In-state travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based community health improvement initiatives to improve member and community health.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning from conceptualization through implementation with timelines and deliverables.
• Manage vendor contracts and project budgets.
• Develop partnerships and collaborate with external stakeholders and coalitions.
