Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a highly engaged Community Strategist to support day-to-day social media community management and performance tracking in a hybrid NYC-based role.

The position covers engagement across platforms, listening, analytics, and collaboration with Marketing. It requires flexibility for evenings/weekends to engage in trending conversations.

This two-month contract offers an hourly pay rate of $33.50 and on-site two days per week in New York City.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily community engagement across social platforms.
• Maintain brand voice and guidelines.
• Build relationships with followers and advocates.
• Monitor conversations and identify sentiment and opportunities.
• Manage and respond on priority social platforms.
• Escalate trends and feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Identify high-impact user-generated content and participate in culture conversations.
• Track and analyze metrics and deliver regular insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing on ad hoc social initiatives.
