Qualifikationen

• One to two years of work experience in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and grammar skills with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
• An eye for design and experience creating branded collateral (flyers, reports, social media graphics, etc.).
• Experience with Wix, Salesforce, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meltwater, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO preferred.
• Experience creating professional social media and web content preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of the challenges facing homeless and low‑income families and passion for supporting families to achieve stability.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work.

Aufgaben

• Draft and produce written and visual content across formats, including blogs, emails, social media, newsletters, flyers, postcards, invitations, signage, presentations, and reports.
• Take, select, and edit photographs for use across communications channels.
• Compile and distribute the monthly client newsletter in collaboration with program staff.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve language accessibility across communications materials and platforms.
• Maintain and update primary communications channels, including the website, email platform, and social media accounts.
• Maintain the communications calendar and deadlines.
• Assist with Google Ads management and performance updates.
• Coordinate content with internal stakeholders for timely dissemination.
• Track web and social analytics and provide regular reports.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across materials and assets.
• Support media relations by maintaining media lists and coordinating inquiries.
• Execute day-to-day social media management and engage with the online community.
