Bayer's North America Communications team is seeking a Communications Intern in New Jersey with a focus on shaping Bayer's reputation across Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, and Agriculture. The intern will work in a hybrid setting within the NA Communications home squad, contributing to executive visibility, media relations, and strategic storytelling.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; writing sample required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Create, draft, edit, and publish content across written, visual, video, and digital formats.
• Collect and analyze research/data to develop insights for content or performance indicators.
• Support onsite or local Bayer-sponsored events as needed.
• Assist in developing new tools or improving existing ones.
