Zaddy Solutions partners with a national leader in commercial title and escrow services to hire a Commercial Underwriting Counsel. This role supports underwriting guidance on complex real estate transactions and collaborates with internal teams and clients to deliver best-in-class service.

The ideal candidate is a commercial real estate attorney or experienced title underwriter with 5–7 years of related experience, strong knowledge of CRE law, and exemplary judgment, communication, and

Qualificações

• JD from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active Bar Admission in FL or remote state of residence.
• 5–7 years of substantive title insurance underwriting or CRE experience in a law firm.

Responsabilidades

• Provide underwriting guidance on issuance of title commitments and policies.
• Interpret and apply underwriting standards within delegated authority.
• Advise colleagues on real estate settlement procedures and requirements.
• Support resolution of title issues and guide transaction strategy.
• Communicate underwriting decisions to internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement.
