Cozen O’Connor is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal for a hybrid role based in Los Angeles or Santa Monica. The position requires the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours with overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of paralegal experience, an associate’s degree or paralegal certificate, and familiarity with e-discovery tools. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years paralegal experience in litigation.
• Associate degree or paralegal certificate required.
• Experience with commercial litigation and trial prep preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation.
• Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal court, including e-filing.
• Manage case files, calendars, and discovery responses.
• Conduct factual research and investigations.
• Lead subpoenas and third-party records retrieval.
• Draft correspondence and memoranda for attorneys.
• Familiar with e-discovery and related tools.
• Assist with trial prep and attendance.
