JD from an accredited law school; active FL Bar; at least 2 years of litigation experience with deposition and trial exposure; strong research, writing, and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• Active FL Bar admission and JD from an accredited law school.
• 2 years of litigation experience with meaningful deposition and trial exposure.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload with priorities and deadlines.
• Strong client judgment and professional time discipline.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of litigation matters from strategy through resolution.
• Draft and revise legal documents including complaints and motions.
• Conduct legal research and translate findings into strategy and writing.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions and trial work.
• Communicate directly with clients and related parties.
• Manage deadlines, priorities, and client needs across a caseload.
• Collaborate with the firm while independently managing matters.
