Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to commercial and real estate matters.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Manage multiple matters efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
