Qualifications

• 3+ years of complex litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research abilities.
• Superb writing and oral communication skills.
• Membership in the State Bar of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Handle a dynamic pipeline of fast-paced cases, including commercial, trade secret, financial, energy, and product liability litigation.
• Work across diverse industries, including tech, finance, life sciences, and energy.
• Collaborate as a team to focus on exceptional client service.
• Assist in the resolution for clients facing large-scale class actions, commercial litigation and mass torts.
• Represent the firm’s clients in state and federal courts.
