Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Insurance experience.
• Valid Property & Casualty licenses.
• Experience with EPIC preferred, AMS360, TAM.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships with clients by addressing needs and resolving underwriting or policy issues.
• Meet with clients in person or virtually to discuss renewal strategies.
• Manage daily account management of client accounts including policies, endorsements, invoicing, certificates, premium breakdowns and policy changes.
• Manage the account life cycle: pre-renewal, renewal, post renewal and client visits as needed.
• Coordinate with claims department to assist with difficult claims.
• Market renewals and new business and collaborate with marketing.
• Document conversations and information provided to and for clients.
• Utilize EPIC (or AMS360/TAM) to maintain complete data and documents.
