Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Hartford County, CT | $80,000–$100,000 | Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 remote)

A respected agency in Hartford County is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a diverse book of large commercial accounts ranging from $200K to $2M. Lines include Nonprofit, Cyber, Bonding, WV, EB, D&O, and Professional Liability among others.

  • Client Relationship Management: Take the reins in managing a select group of high-profile Commercial Lines clients, providing exceptional service and proactive support.
  • Efficiency Expert: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and improve departmental operations.
  • Growth Driver: Help meet and exceed agency goals while contributing to a culture of success and performance excellence.
  • Client Experience Champion: Continuously elevate the client service process to ensure an outstanding experience every step of the way.
  • Carrier Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with insurance carriers to enhance service and coverage options.

Who you are
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Commercial Lines insurance.
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license
  • Tech Skills: Experience with Applied Epic or AMS 360 is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
