Job summary

American National Insulation is seeking a Commercial Business Manager-Estimator to drive growth, manage customer relationships, and deliver accurate project estimates. The role combines sales, estimating, and project management in a dynamic construction environment.

You will work a hybrid schedule with more office time at onboarding and travel locally to sites. A lucrative commission program and comprehensive benefits accompany base compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a Company Vehicle.
• 3–5 years in Sales, Estimating, or Project Management in construction.
• Experience with On-Screen Takeoff and/or Quick Bid; MS Office proficiency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage profitable business growth on commercial projects.
• Create, deliver, and manage project estimates, quotes, bids, and contracts.
• Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion.
