NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Manager for Commerce Growth & Operations to lead planning and execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives across our commerce businesses, Shop TODAY and NBC Selected. You will establish timelines, coordinate dependencies, and drive revenue-focused efforts from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Affiliate Commerce, E-Commerce, Digital Media or Publishing.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence teams.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear project plans and roadmaps.
• Comfort working in a large, complex organization with multiple initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Serve as central project management lead for strategic initiatives across Commerce teams.
• Manage evaluation of new affiliate networks, vendors and technology partners.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution for Shop TODAY and NBC Selected initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Support Commerce planning by translating goals into roadmaps and plans.
• Coordinate with Editorial, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Leadership on execution.
• Review weekly pacing reports and develop monthly executive reports.
• Develop clear status communications for stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage one direct report focused on site operations.
