Job summary

You will monitor regulatory changes, update policies, prepare trend reports, and collaborate with revenue cycle, billing, and clinical teams to reduce denials and improve coding accuracy across the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting and applying healthcare regulations.
• Familiarity with ICD, CPT, HCPCS and payer guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills to review data and reduce denials.
• Excellent communication to train staff and providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess coding accuracy and compliance.
• Identify coding risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support providers and staff with education on coding standards and documentation best practices.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports highlighting trends, findings, and improvement opportunities.
