Job summary

CNH Industrial Group offers a hybrid co-op internship in purchasing, inviting college students to work with the Mechanical Fluid Conveyance team and contribute to strategic sourcing objectives. The program provides mentorship, hands-on experience and housing support during the May–August full-time period.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a degree program and pursuing at least a Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and evaluating supplier quotes to support purchasing decisions
• Participating in sourcing decisions by analyzing supplier capabilities, costs, and risks
• Contributing to the development of sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity
• Collaborating with the Fluid Conveyance team and other supply chain functions to align supplier recommendations with product and business needs
• Supporting day-to-day activities that drive cost reduction and operational efficiency within the commodity group

Education
