Elios Healthcare in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Chief Medical Officer to provide clinical leadership and shape the future of the organization. This physician leader will supervise providers, balance clinical care with administration, and drive accountability for quality and patient outcomes.

The CMO will work closely with the COO and executive team, mentor clinicians, and build a collaborative culture that supports diverse staff.

Qualifications

• FQHC experience as a physician leader or practicing provider.
• Experience supervising physicians, NPs, PAs or other clinical providers.
• Strong understanding of UDS measures and FQHC quality expectations.
• Ability to balance patient care with organizational leadership.
• Growth mindset and willingness to continually improve processes and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across the organization.
• Balance clinical practice with administrative and strategic responsibilities.
• Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical team members.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and accountability to providers.
• Help establish consistency around patient volume, documentation, follow up, quality, and clinical expectations.
• Collaborate with the COO and other members of the leadership team.
• Help develop and implement clinical policies, processes, and standards.
