Qualifications

• 5 years of Hospitalist, Family Practice, or Internist experience preferred.
• 3 years of administrative experience.
• 5 years of managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational direction for medical management.
• Manage budget and risk drivers.
• Analyze and report business performance data.

Skills

Strong understanding of the UM/QM process

Clinical confidence and friendly bedside manner

Strong communication skills

Proven background in financial and clinical data analysis

Education

Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)

Board certification

Medical license in all states served

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
