Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor9s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience required; 6+ years preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end lifecycle of cloud networking including VPC architecture, Shared VPC management, and Cloud DNS; uses Terraform/IaC pipelines to automate routing and security.
• Acts as IaC authority for Terraform development, review, and pipeline execution for all cloud constructs.
• Implements cloud firewall rules, IAM policies, and VPC Service Controls to meet project requirements.
• Manages lifecycle of VMs, GKE clusters, and Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) at the edge.
• Responsible for Policy-Based Routing (PBR) logic and internal appliance routing within the cloud project.
• Produces detailed design specs and uses modeling techniques to build components per architecture standards.
• Investigates incidents, documents root cause, and ensures timely resolution.
