Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in cyber security engineering.
• 2+ years in cryptography.
• 2+ years of cloud native tech (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 2+ years Unix/Linux admin.
• 2+ years with FutureX and Thales HSMs.
• 2+ years with Venafi or other cert lifecycle managers.
• 2+ years with HashiCorp Vault or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cryptography-focused tech projects within a security-driven cloud environment.
• Mentor engineers and participate in internal/external tech communities.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based security features for financial services.
• Assess data confidentiality risk and crypto threat impacts.
• Design and implement encryption, hashing, and digital signature algorithms.
• Mature governance for cryptography across the enterprise.
