Job summary

CTG is seeking a Cloud Migration Architect / Pod Lead to guide enterprise cloud migration programs from plan to execution in Dallas, TX. The role emphasizes AWS-focused migrations (Outposts) and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures across AWS and Azure.

You will define migration strategies, drive modernization, lead pods, and partner with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure migration readiness and successful delivery over a 12-month engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
AWS or cloud certifications preferred.
Excellent English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Lead cloud migration architecture and delivery for AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
Define migration strategies, target architectures, and execution plans.
Lead pods through rehost, replatform, refactor, and containerization initiatives.
Design hybrid cloud solutions spanning on-premises and cloud.
Drive application modernization and cloud readiness.
Provide technical leadership for infra modernization, automation, and security.
Conduct migration workshops and align with client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage standards, risks, and readiness.
Support project planning with WBS, estimation, and MVP definition.
