Job summary

Northstrat is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to orchestrate OTA software deployments to globally fielded systems in DDIL environments. The role focuses on automation and security to reduce travel and improve fleet availability.

The engineer will monitor health remotely and operate in a hybrid on-premises and cloud environment. Ideal candidates are hands-on, security-focused, with strong Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and Cisco networking experience.

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent) or better.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in network engineering and systems administration.
• Strong Linux administration experience in production environments.
• Experience with virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot across network and system layers.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment.
