Job summary

Aether Aerospace is seeking an experienced InfoSec Engineer to own the security design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud environments for DoD programs at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years in cybersecurity.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification and at least one cloud cert.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud architectures per security requirements.
• Develop and test security controls across cloud infrastructure and apps.
• Support ICAM/identity management using Azure Entra, SailPoint, or Okta.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigations.
• Maintain security configurations for confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Produce System Security Plans and control assessments; assist lifecycle security.
• Support incident response, monitoring, and DoD cybersecurity compliance.
