Job summary

Wisconsin Department of Children & Families (DCF) is seeking a Certified Cloud Engineer to lead development, implementation, and maintenance of a hybrid cloud platform. You will work across AWS, Azure, and Google environments, partnering with vendors and internal teams to ensure scalable, secure cloud services.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting hybrid cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google).
• DevOps integration with .NET environments, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and configuration management.
• Strong programming/scripting and debugging skills for infrastructure and apps.
• Cloud experience in regulated organizations.
• Expertise with Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with application containerization.
• CI/CD processes using GitHub.
• Emphasis on observability, cost discipline, and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of cloud infrastructure and ensure compliance with standards (NIST, IRS Pub 1075).
• Participate in vendor design discussions, review architectures, and identify risks or gaps.
• Collaborate with .NET development teams on deployment, CI/CD, and IaC to enable smooth transitions.
