Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Kubernetes, and related platforms. You will drive automation, scalability, reliability, and security, building robust CI/CD pipelines and IaC using Terraform, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, incident management support, and continuous improvement of cloud-ready architectures and DevOps/SRE

Qualifications

Hands-on experience designing cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency with IaC using Terraform.
Experience with monitoring and security best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodeBuild, or similar platforms.
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and other automation tools.
Configure, administer, and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and containerized workloads using Docker.
Monitor application and infrastructure health with CloudWatch and observability tools.
Drive security, IAM, VPC design, networking, and secrets management.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability and automation.
Collaborate with development teams on cloud-ready architectures and DevOps/SRE practices.
Support incident management and RCA, with continual platform improvements.
