• Provides technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of tools for systems development and support.
• Maintains knowledge of technical industry trends, Huntington-focused.
• May assist with training needs or training of staff.
• May serve as project leader for specific projects.
