Job summary

Cox Enterprises offers a Summer 2027 internship to contribute to the IBT Technology Architecture team in Atlanta, GA. You'll gain hands-on experience in cloud computing, DevOps, generative AI, machine learning, platform engineering, integration, and analytics while being mentored and supported by a team of leaders.

You’ll work toward developing practical skills in architecture deliverables, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology within a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in CS/IS or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps concepts.
• Willingness to learn continuously in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Solutions Architecture tasks during the development lifecycle.
• Create architecture deliverables and Visio diagrams.
• Research cloud computing, DevOps, generative AI and ML trends.
• Participate in technology-driven project delivery meetings.
• Help maintain enterprise architecture data and standards.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve the tech organization.
• Develop cloud skills on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience DevOps activities including CI/CD and GitHub rollouts.
• Collaborate on platform engineering, integration and analytics projects.
