Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting clinical trial operations analytics.
• Experience with study feasibility, design optimization, and site selection analytics.
• Hybrid work schedule onsite in South San Francisco can be considered.
• Experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company conducting study feasibility analytics.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Moderate Python and SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience communicating country, site, investigator, patient insights and other analyses to trial teams.
• Solid understanding of the clinical development process.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical operational strategy by querying, aggregating, analyzing, and deriving results from trial data using Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with study teams to understand analytics needs and report tailored results with minimal oversight.
• Work with real-world data modalities such as Medical Claims and EHR data.
• Use tools or SQL databases to obtain data and format it for clear insights.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout work.
• Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
