Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, engineering, computer science, statistics or machine learning; working experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years supporting operational feasibility, design, and analytics of clinical trial operations.
• Experience in study feasibility and site selection analytics at CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Proficient in Python and SQL for data querying and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Operational Strategy by using Python and SQL to query, aggregate, analyze, and derive results from clinical trial operations data.
• Collaborate with clinical study teams to understand analytics needs and report tailored results with minimal oversight.
• Work with real-world data modalities such as Medical Claims and Electronic Health Record data.
• Use tools or SQL databases to fetch data and format insights for study teams.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across all analyses.
• Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
