Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support operational delivery of clinical trials across infectious disease, oncology, and cardiology programs. The CRA serves as a liaison between investigative sites and study teams, driving site performance and data quality.

This hybrid role is based in Bethesda, MD, and requires 2–5+ years of clinical research experience with strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of clinical research experience (CRO, sponsor, or site)
• In-house CRA/CTA or site management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
• Experience with eTMF, CTMS, and EDC systems
• ALCOA+ principles and document control experience
• Exposure to infectious disease, oncology, or cardiology trials
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead site management activities including remote monitoring and performance tracking.
• Drive regulatory/document control and inspection readiness.
• Ensure data quality through EDC review and query management.
• Support full clinical trial lifecycle from site start-up to closeout.
• Collaborate with CRAs, CTMs, QA, and Data Management to resolve issues and maintain compliance with ICH-GCP and SOPs.
