Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support a leading organization within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, located on the West or West Coast of the United States. This field-based role rewards independent monitoring experience and strong site relationships.

The CRA will conduct qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits, ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements while traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years independent monitoring experience.
Bachelor's degree in science/healthcare preferred.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulations.
Experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits.
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Review source documents, site records, and data accuracy.
Build and maintain relationships with investigators and site staff.
Identify and resolve site issues; support study execution.
Complete monitoring reports and follow-up documentation on time.
Travel extensively to clinical research sites.
