Lever, Inc. in Mishawaka, IN is seeking licensed Clinical/Testing Psychologists to provide testing services, psychotherapy, or both. The role offers flexible schedules, full autonomy over caseload, and a hybrid mix of telemedicine and in-person care.

Salary ranges from $111,000 to $140,000 per year with a sign-on bonus and annual cash incentive. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k with match, parental leave and more, along with modern offices and strong work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Indiana (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent assessments
• Experience with testing intakes and planning batteries for assessments
• Experience with report writing and feedback sessions

Responsabilités

• Conduct a variety of assessments for adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Plan batteries for assessments and conduct testing intakes.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback sessions to patients.
• This is a hybrid role based in Mishawaka, IN.
