MaineHealth Corporate is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to review medication orders for safe, effective use and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes. This role will help develop a centralized prescription navigation program to improve access and support clinical outcomes in a primary care setting.

Initial focus on high-volume GLP-1 therapies requiring prior authorization, with potential future expansion.

Qualifications

• Education required: PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Current State license with Board of Pharmacy.
• Previous pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsabilités
