Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Hybrid Registered Dietitian for a Clinical Nutrition Manager role at Altru Health's new 226-bed hospital in Grand Forks, ND. You will oversee daily nutrition services, drive program excellence, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

RDs have order-writing privileges and you will provide direct patient care about 20% of the time, with relocation assistance available and a strong focus on team development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required ACEND coursework and supervised practice.
• Meets eligibility for RD/RDN and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
• State licensure/certification as required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nutrition services and supervise 3 Registered Dietitians and 5 Diet Clerks.
• Provide direct patient care about 20% of the time and ensure order-writing privileges for RDs.
• Drive program excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage clinical operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and client satisfaction.
