Compass Group USA is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in a senior living setting with potential virtual coverage to other states, including Kansas and Wisconsin. The role requires RD credentials and a willingness to obtain licensure where needed, with competitive hourly pay.

You will work with a collaborative team to deliver evidence-based nutrition care, support education initiatives, and participate in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in state of practice or willing to obtain license.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in collaboration with the care team.
• Perform nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on nutrition and wellness.
• Support QAPI initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with the food service management team to align nutrition care with service goals.
• Mentor dietetic interns and staff where applicable.
