Volunteers of America of Florida is seeking a licensed clinical practitioner (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) for a Hybrid Tampa role to oversee behavioral health services for adults with psychiatric illness, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. The position requires Florida licensure, at least two years of social work experience, and EMR/HER and Medicaid/Medicare billing familiarity.

After a 90-day onboarding, remote/hybrid work is possible.

Qualifications

• FL Licensed LCSW or LMHC or LMFT required.
• Two years of social work experience preferred.
• EMR/HER experience and Medicaid/Medicare billing knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee behavioral health services for adults diagnosed with psychiatric illness, substance use, or co‑occurring disorders.
• Provide clinical coordination and ensure program quality and compliance.
• Remote/hybrid work is considered after 90 days.
