Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial products like pensions/annuities.

Responsabilités

• Monitor mail/task activity daily and review incoming documents.
• Research and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Handle incoming client calls and assist with website navigation for excellent service.
• Respond to written inquiries via email and fax professionally.
• Research payment processing inquiries and set up direct deposit.
